When I read about this story the overriding question in my mind is whether there is a basis in these alleged facts or has this freight train prematurely left the station? 

The seriousness of the allegations will raise questions about the truth of those allegations. After all this is Iowa, not some third-world country with Daffey Duck as the head honcho. The shocking allegations mean the lawyers involved will have to answer questions in anyone’s mind about who is saying what and what evidence they can provide to substantiate what is alleged.
