I wrote this after two lawyers were chastised in the newspaper for doing estate planning at the request of a farmer who was later charged with killing another farmer. The newspaper printed what is in this blog post and then removed their reporter's editorial from the online version of the newspaper. I thought the lawyers being chastised could use some help.
