I was reading Mike Bryant’s blog and saw that he’d referred to a Target Store in Buffalo, New York where apparently once again there was a crowd control problem. Watch this video clip of the store opening at 4:00 a.m. on Black Friday.

What is wrong with this picture? Are you kidding me, stampeding over people just to get a GameBoy? Have you no life? 

Keep it up and one of several things will happen.

1. Cities and towns will outlaw Black Friday.
2. Stores will install turnstile type entryways for holiday shopping.
3. You’ll get killed by a stampede.

What should happen?

1. Install video cameras from all angles and outside to completely record the entire mob so that charges can be filed against those pushing and shoving.
2. Ban those who do the pushing and shoving from all future shopping events.
3. Criminally prosecute those responsible.
4. Make this a felony because pushing and shoving in a crowded entry way is no different than shooting a gun into a crowd.

In another sign that people have lost any bit of sanity watch as this shopper takes out all the television screens at this Wal-Mart in Georgia.

Take all of what you just experienced and then knowing you can get most of these products for a lower price on the Internet or on Craig’s List, why would anyone risk life or limb to experience this herd of Buffalo?
